Yukon River Noodle House

Large bowls of noodle soup, fresh made salads, and flavorful Bahn Mi Sandwiches.
Our handcrafted noodle soups feature homemade broth, baby bok choy, authentic Chinese egg noodles, and your choice of meat or seafood. Currently, all broths are meat-based. We offer Chicken, roast pork, wild Alaskan salmon, and Sichuan Beef.
Our salads are a full meal [not a side salad]. Toasted Sesame Noodle Salad comes with boby bok choy, tomato, cucumber, and green onion served on a bed of cold Chinese egg noodles and dressed with our house sesame vinaigrette. Pickled Carrot and Daikon Salad comes with pickled carrot and daikon, tomato, cucumber, and green onion served on a bed of fresh-chopped romaine lettuce. You will have the opportunity to dress your salad with either our house sesame vinaigrette or balsamic vinaigrette. Last but not least our Garden Salad with tomato, cucumber, shaved y ello onion, raisins and walnuts served on a bed of fresh-chopped romaine lettuce. You will have the opporutnity to dress your salad with either our house sesame vinaigrette or balsamic vinaigrette. There is also the option to add mead, seafood, or tofu to any of our salads (chicken, char siu roast pork vegetarian tofu, wild Alaska salmon or Sichuan beef).
All Banh mi sandwiches are served on a toasted French baguette with pickled carrot and daikon, sliced cucumber, cilantro and mayonnaise. We offer a choice of Chicken, pork, salmon, beef and tofu. All sandwiches can be “finished” your way with on or more of the following condiments: fresh jalapeno, toasted sesame oil, Sichuan chile oil, soy sauce, maggi seasoning, or sriracha.
The week of October 9, 2023 we are changing over from our summer menu to our Noodle House Menu.
The kitchen is closed during this time. We will have snacks and cup of noodles available for sale. Plus, we have a microwave availalble for use with your own food during this time.
Our Garden
Our garden in the peak of summer. Zucchini galore! These wonderful freshies will populate our summer menu through salads, veggie burgers, and baked goods.

Dining Room is open 7 days a week 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Kitchen is closed on Wednesday - but drinks, coffee, and snack items are available).
